Wheel test
Our wheels undergoes extensive rolling tests across various surfaces to check for durability, smooth movement, and stability. Whether you’re navigating busy airports or uneven streets, our wheels are designed to provide reliable performance and effortless maneuverability on every journey.
Drop test
North Pioneer suitcases undergo rigorous drop tests to ensure durability. Fully loaded, they are repeatedly dropped from various heights onto hard surfaces, simulating real-world impacts. This testing guarantees that our luggage can withstand the bumps and drops of travel while keeping your belongings protected.
Telescopic handle test
The suitcase is filled with up to 25 kg and suspended by the telescopic handle. It is then raised, dropped, and stopped abruptly by the handle after falling a set distance. This cycle is repeated 300 times to test the handle's strength and durability.
Temperature test
We perform rigorous temperature testing to ensure our luggage withstands a range of conditions. Each suitcase is exposed to both extreme heat and cold to test the durability of materials, zippers, and handles, ensuring reliable performance no matter the climate.
